This soup sounds delish! I’m going to make it soon and also share it with my New Year Liver Reset group since we are enjoying vegetarian only meals for first 10 days. Thanks Michelle! 😄

Hi--this is Janet--a small-town Kansas girl, originally. I love horses, digging in the dirt, cycling, and eating farm-fresh recipes. Love your recipes in particular!

Oh and I’m Jaime! I’m a self pro-claimed Cat Perv’, love observing bees at work 🐝 and creating meals with whatever I have in my kitchen. I’ve delved into a few careers thus far including preschool teacher, wine bar owner, website builder and am currently settled into Functional Nutritionist. 🥑

I focus on supporting clients to optimize their health by using whole food nutrition and lifestyle modifications with an emphasis on gut health. I am passionate about many things and can get easily fired up but realize the best way to make a difference in the world is by creating positive change within my own community. Especially when it involves empowering people to take control of their own health by using food as medicine. 🙌🏼 I too need to be better about getting my head out of my screens and connecting with the people I love, as well as thoroughly enjoy a frozen gluten free pizza that I zhuzh up with extra toppings. 🍕 😋
